BC - Clothing Company - Johnny Cupcakes


Johnny Cupcakes is now an established global T-shirt brand thanks to his fourth store opening in London after having 3 stores in the USA, Johnny Cupcakes is becoming a widely known brand because of his original designs, ethical approach to business and his customers. Johnny Earle, owner and founder of JC is very involved with business, creating the brand from scratch and avoiding chain stores to become an independent brand for customers.



Through the original interest of a previous third year student at Leeds College of Art, Johnny has visited the UK for a Lecture talking about business and his brand along with lectures across the USA and in Japan. He tours the USA promoting and sharing advice and wisdom in terms of business and designs which are inspirational and incredibly useful. But, without successful designs, the Brand wouldn't be very much.


Front designs themselves a extremely limited edition which makes the designs really desirable. T-shirt designs are related to current trends and occasions making them relevant, and feature multiple colour combinations and final finishes.


Attention to detail also sets Johnny Cupcakes apart with his designs, additional prints on the t-shirt adds cost but benefits the design, back prints, individual size and inner designs included limited edition numbering which adds even more costs.


The embroidery tag at the bottom of the t-shirt is my favourite touch to the designs, and constant design feature in a variety of colours.






Execution of designs and style is performed really well, including the store interiors, mimicking Bakery interiors with a sense of theatre to the buying experience.
